December 1, 2012 - Project Glass is coming

December 1, 2012 - #glassexplorer number 117 is Mark Scheel, president of Digital Construction Inc. This past summer after meeting Sergey Brin and his personal skydiving coach, Mark signed on to be a Project Glass early tester. He received a glass "tombstone" engraved with the number 117, meaning he should get the 117th pair of Project glass glasses.

The glasses are expected to arrive next month in January 2013.

Here is an early concept video:

And another:

On June 27, 2012 skydivers jumped out of an airship above San Francisco wearing Project Glass eyewear. The video of their jump was beamed live to attendees at Google I/O 2012 at the Moscone Center. The skydivers landed on the roof of the Moscone. After folding up his parachute Mark ran into JT Holmes (amazing skier by the way!) being congratulated by Sergey Brin, and this picture was taken:

Mark completed the Miami Man half Iron triathlon in November, setting a personal record for that distance, beating his time on the same course from almost ten years ago. If this kind of performance improvement could be helpful to your business we encourage you to contact us!

Update 12/12/12:

JT Holmes made the annual Google Zeitgest celebration, click for full video:
