January 11, 2012 - Digital Construction is back from Las Vegas Nevada, following another successful Consumer Electronics Show (CES) experience. This is the first year we had a product we contributed to on the trade show floor.


"I was at a party with Steve Ballmer, saw truly magical devices, and made great industry connections. There is no question CES is not what it used to be, but it was a very fruitful trip for this small business. It was really encouraging to see my work on the trade show floor, and to see so much interest in it." said Mark Scheel.


Brushes With Fame - "Justin Timberlake walked by as I helped a client at the Encore Towers check in. Steve Ballmer was at a MediaLink party I attended at Tryst. I met Terry Francona (Go Sox!), Orel Hersheiser, Stephen Marley and saw L.L. Cool J."


Amazing Technology - "Seeing the newest Makerbot machines, playing with waterproof phones, and seeing amazing thin tv's in all flavors--3d, OLED, 4k, even 8K!--and an incredible smart window demonstration by Samsung fired up my inner geek. Learning about ARO (Application Resource Optimizer) and Qualcomm's AR product Vuforia were more relevant to work."


Great Connections - "It was great to meet and have lunch with the founder of Founder's Den, and all the good folks at Sphero (locals!), as well as meet with Nokia, Motorola, Samsung and a Google TV representative. Special thanks to Nokia and Samsung who threw some incredible parties."
