December 1, 2010 - Digital Construction president Mark Scheel is
part of the graduating class receiving MBA's this December 18,
2010.
Mark completed his coursework this summer ending with a paper
providing strategic analysis to local business
MapMyFitness.
After presenting the paper and findings to the executive team at
MapMyFitness they closed a $5 million round of
funding.
This is his second graduate
degree from the University of Colorado, he received a Master's
in Computer Science in 2005.
During his MBA Mark was a frequent member of the Dean's List and
was invited to join an International Honour Society named
Golden Key because of his outstanding academic achievement.
Mark completed the requirements for a specialization in
Entrepreneurship from the Bard Center for Entrepreneurship,
earning a certificate in addition to his diploma.
"During my MBA I had many great professors, but I would like to
single out a few that made a big difference in my education, Dr.
John Rhunka, Dr. Madhavan Parthasarathy, and Dr. Dawn Gregg, I
appreciate all the hard work you put into your courses and your
ongoing commitment to education."
Mark applied to and was accepted into the Computer Science and
Business PhD program at the University of Colorado this Fall. He is currently not enrolled.
Digital Construction is looking forward to the AT&T Developer
