September 1, 2010 - Digital Construction sponsors Colorado Relay Team
September 1, 2010 - Digital Construction, a company known for
enthusiastic employees who love what they do, shared their
passion for excellence with "Show Me Your Anchor", a team of
nine Colorado runners who endured the Colorado Relay this
summer.
Smarter than they were fast, the team included PhD's and Dentists and many who had never run a marathon. The 174 mile race--and logistical nightmare--was a smashing success and a total blast.
Mark Scheel ran three legs, including a 13 miler with 2,128 vertical feet of climbing. The peak of that leg at Georgia Pass offered stunning views of the area surrounding Breckenridge, CO from 11,891 feet above sea level.
The event raised money for the Outward Bound Wilderness program.
