April 1, 2010 - New Website Launch

Digital Construction launched its new public face today, April 1, 2010. The new website is a showcase for the firms' service offerings including RETS programming and Android platform development.  The firm consists of Principal Mark Scheel and collaborators.

The site has been in beta for two weeks and launches after feedback and revisions, including input during the recent RESO meeting in Chicago where Mark Scheel was a speaker.  This collaboration amongst a network of smart individuals is a key operating principle of the firm.

Firm Principal Mark Scheel will participate in Google IO 2010 this May in San Francisco. Although the new website's primary goal is to promote more consulting work and speaking engagements, the development process brought an unexpected  opportunity to increase the expert knowledge level at Digital Construction of Google Tools and services. This website integrates Google Analytics and is optimized for Search Engines. Our SEO strategy is based on a research report we wrote using the Google Keyword tool for statistics and information. Did you know collecting and acting on aggregated data is one of our specialties? (Our analysis indicates we need to focus on that search term!)

"This new website is the launching pad for new business initiatives in 2010, including technology projects that serve the national real estate community as well as major Multiple Listing Services. We will be announcing at least two big deals in the coming months and I look forward to using this platform to announce these exciting developments." said Mark Scheel, Principal.
