June 1, 2013 -

Mark Scheel has been spreading the word about Glass across the country and has quickly become an expert Glass Explorer, pushing the envelope in both technical and non-technical arenas.

Mark presented to hundreds of attendees at AnDevCon 2013 in Boston, MA. and his Glass presentation received a 90% "recommend to speak again" rating.

Mark has pushed the envelope on using Glass and is a contributor to the Glass issues tracker (technical), and corresponds with Glass Guide's (non-technical) about device and software feedback. He has been trail running through Muir Woods in California, presenting in Chicago, speaking in Boston, and Mountain Biking, Telmark Skiing and Snowboarding in Colorado with Glass.

Mark is a top contributor at Stack Overflow for the Google Glass Mirror API and has created an open source fork of one of the Google starter projects for developing for Glass. Mark has also written a description of his early experience for the Center For Realtor Technology out of Chicago.

"It's been an exciting honor to be part of something new this last month, and to share my enthusiasm with others. Being able to share Glass with technical and non-technical interested parties from California to Boston, in Denver and Boulder, has been really fun. I've learned a ton and am hoping to pay this experience forward and improve the overall product for the next wave of users." said Mark Scheel, president of Digital Construction.
