April 1, 2013 -

Mark Scheel will be the headline speaker at Boulder Android on April 16, 2013. The main topic will be Expert Android Testing. An update on Project Glass will also be given.

"Expert Android testing is a topic near and dear to me, its an exciting area, and has evolved constantly in the four years I have been involved in the Android community. I am excited to share my experiences testing Android apps for small companies and apps with millions of users. We will cover unit testing, regression testing, performance testing, usability testing and security testing. We will also cover a wide range of tools including emulators, monkeyrunner, PerfectoMobile, JUnit, Robotium, Roboelectric, AndroVM and the newest kid on the Android block: Travis."

"As a special epilogue to my talk I will summarize publicly available Project Glass information from how to use it including an overview of different finger, head and voice control gestures, terminology from timeline cards to bundles, and technical details reviewing the RESTful JSON OAuth2 transactions that will allow developers to take advantage of the exciting Mirror API. As Glass Explorer #117 I couldn't be more excited to talk about this topic and to include updates from this year's SXSW." said Mark Scheel, president of Digital Construction.

Mark Scheel will be getting the Samsung Galaxy S 4 later this month, feel free to ask for a demo of its exciting capabilities.
